28 year old physiotherapist presents with right scapular pain since two weeks.
The pain developed spontaneously, one day after a handball training.
The pain is constant ; there is pain at night. The arm feels tired and the patient has problems in moving the arm above the head.

Functional examination of the shoulder shows only a painless limitation of the active elevationof about 50°; during the elevation, a winging of the scapula is visible
All the passive movements are of full range and painless.
The resisted movements of the shoulder are strong and painless.
